Any data points on how long BA are taking to respond to claims at the moment? In my case its a mix of delay comp, duty of care expenses and downgrade comp.
Submitted two claims on May26. One for EC261 and the other for expenses. EC261 paid in a week. Expenses paid in two weeks.
