Strange. I find the Indian call centre to be knowledgable and helpful. They’ve sorted problems out for me on a number of occasions. I’ve had the odd agent less knowledgeable than others but that tends to be the exception, and the UK call centre don’t get it right every time either.
I agree I've found the UK call centre no different. The main advantage is time, the Indian call centre is full of 'thank you for giving me the first line of your address, now could you please help me with the second line of your address?'.
But the outcome is invariably the same in all cases.
