Rex smashed my bag on ZL132 today.


Nobody on hand to complain to and calling the number on the phone alongside their carousel got only a recorded message that they were unable to take the call - at 16:36 in Australia's busiest airport terminal.
Suffice to say they will need to be profuse with their apology and recompense, when I can speak to them.
