I can confirm that the following is true, at least in my case:

On June 6, 2023, AC is discontinuing the issuance of Air Canada Travel Vouchers. Requests received before June 6, 2023 will be processed, if eligible.
I had a trip that I had cancelled on May 30 that showed up in my Inbox as an ATV today. Oddly enough, this is the fastest that I have ever received one of these, which is a bit ironic. Or not.
