Knowing nothing about the wallet I chose option 2 and recieved and email confirming the amount was being held as a credit towards a future ticket purchase. How does one actually access that credit to buy a ticket? I don’t see any way on the AC website or the app to actually use the credit. Plus am I the only one who sees a problem with a supposedly fully refundable ticket being refunded to the original credit card at a much reduced amount below the actual purchase price? Especially as AC was willing to refund the full amount if I chose the wallet or credit options? Seems like a shady scam to hang onto our money.

It's strange that you didn't get the voucher option and even odd that you can't have full amount refund back to your credit card. I think you should talk to AC customer service and find out how to use the credit.
