Knowing nothing about the wallet I chose option 2 and recieved and email confirming the amount was being held as a credit towards a future ticket purchase. How does one actually access that credit to buy a ticket? I don’t see any way on the AC website or the app to actually use the credit. Plus am I the only one who sees a problem with a supposedly fully refundable ticket being refunded to the original credit card at a much reduced amount below the actual purchase price? Especially as AC was willing to refund the full amount if I chose the wallet or credit options? Seems like a shady scam to hang onto our money.

You'll have to call to book something, and have your original PNR or ticket #s.
In terms of the rest, can you provide more detail. What did you purchase, and what did the fare rules say?
