I would not feel comfortable with such a short connection. Sure, if the flight arrives on time, it is doable. But if I had some important business to tend to, I would feel too stressed about it. Even a 15 min delay or a plain stand arrival would ruin it.

Yesterday, my widebody from DOH arrived at a stand. Wheels on the ground at 15.20 and after the busride I went through (automated) passport control at 15.45.
