The key to understand is that in terms of brand expansion, Marriott already as enough brands that cater to the typical Flyertalk reader (a business traveler or a higher end leisure traveler focused on loyalty programs), so new launches from here won't really be targeting them. Marriot still has to grow brands like Moxy, AC, Edition aggressively.
