Yes, the price for a new ticket in Business Class is the same as what I paid + 144 EUR. So, it's pay a 'classic' Business Class price for Basic miles!
Btw, this happens with both my Flex bookings, so it's not just this route where there is confusion.
There is only one fare I can choose - 'Business' and when in the basket it stays the same.
