Sounds and looks like zero amenities besides laundry room and what is likely to be a minimal gym with 1 treadmill, bike and weights - no breakfast, minimal lobby/common area that doesn't serve any purpose.

Seems to just add to the confusion of the already existing brands that have many of the same offerings and limited differentiation with all of the service cutbacks.
