Another 'connected car' automatic fuel gauge scam charge - in RIC. Went to gas station outside the airport, make sure it was full with the pump not letting me put any more in and the gauge showed slightly above the F.
Went directly to airport to return car. Receipt later showed I was charged for 0.4 gallons - saying it was 15.0 at rental and I returned at 14.6

Got a survey and gave negative feedback - charge was reversed immediately without even having to go through contacting customer service and arguing so was pleasantly surprised about that. But still, the whole electronic fuel gauge thing is a total scam. I wasn't going to let them get away with the ~$3 charge just on principle.
