Yeah I was quite surprised at how irritated the IFM was explaining I was not allowed to use Skycouch, no seatbelt, and I must have the seat folded down when the seatbelt sign is off, and their strong suggestion is I keep it down so they don't have to wake me up in the middle of the night to do so, which he assured me they would. He also then walked over to the section flight attendant and clearly explained how my seat was the only non paid for Skycouch.

I felt it was a bit nickle and dimey to be honest - I have the whole row to myself, have NZ*G, doing a LHR-SFO-AKL long haul with minimal sleep, just let me win the sleep lottery.
