The NBA owns all 11 through a trust. They are scheduled to operate for another 3 years until either Boeing 737-900ER or Airbus A321-NEO replace them.

Delta has to get explicit NBA approval to add another professional sports team (ex: MLB or NHL) to a charter contract utilizing the 75C fleet.
