Hot tip: don't get fooled by all of the train ticket kiosks in the Terminal 1 baggage claim area. Walk all the way to the train station and take your pick to a plethora of kiosks and a service desk (where I'm sure you can buy more than one ticket at a time unlike the kiosks ).
