I will soon be flying to BJC (Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport -- Broomfield, CO) on JSX. I would like to take advantage of National's Private Airport Delivery feature ("We'll have your car waiting at most private airports within 50 miles of us (in US and Canada).")

How does one take advantage of this service? Do I put DEN in my rental reservation and then call the location to tell them I want to use BJC? I can't select BJC directly.
