I'll ask the brains trust here - where are these ATC issues taking place? France I know is often problematic but the last major event was last last Tuesday. The only item on French news regarding what was or not afftedted was the that flights in and out of Orly (one day someone will explain to me what Orly is so much worse then anyehere else) were reduced by 25% . However it always seems that the excuse trotted out is "French ATC" - are there problems elsewhere? If this is the wrong place to ask this or it needs another thread, I apologise.
