If a PNR is cancelled, is the Status pass “returned” ?
My situation :
- Status pass applied against a PNR (2 flight segments)
- One flight segment cancelled due AC schedule change
- PNR still reflects Status pass
- My Aeroplan “history” nolonger shows that I consumed a flight pass
In the event of a further cancellation, will Aeroplan “know” where to return the Status pass ??
The PAX are my parents and this is my last status pass. I’m hoping for reassurance that the Status pass won’t be “lost”.
