Which IAD is lounge is better in Terminal C?
I've got a flight to SAN coming up and I haven't used a UC at IAD before (I usually fly out of BWI). It's supposed to leave from C25.
The C17 UC looks a bit dungeon-esque with the lack of windows but is the service, catering, crowd level all the same as the C7 one? This would be a 9:30 a.m. flight, if that helps.
