Yes, I haven't been through HKG in some years, but the last times I did my Australia and US bound flights were the ones called out for secondary checks for LAGs.
I can report there was no such secondary checks flying out of SIN T4 to Australia a couple of weeks ago (although delivery of DF is still required).
