Would 90 minutes be enough if UA38 arrives in TBIT? Arrival date is also the end of holiday season.
Barring something phenomenal, there is no way a noon flight will arrive at TBIT. Or in other words, if it arrives at TBIT, your particular LAX-SFO flight will be irrelevant.
