Sheratons did have brand standards for lounges and usually most, if not all have lounges. the issue is the staffing post pandemic. they probably cannot find people to staff the lounge so the hotels figure its best to keep it close or only open for certain things such as meetings, etc. It is best to call ahead to find out if the lounge is open.
Staffing problems or wanting to cut costs and maximise profits with the excuse of Covid ?
