Not good at T5B lounge - gate agents refusing to let anyone in ‘we should be at home right now’ - and 2 x delayed Dubai’s. Not good. The poor people on the BA109 now delayed 90 mins to 2300hrs - no-one confident it will go due to night curfew. Very bad situation that will get out of control if they don’t send a Manager over here soon.
