Definitely doable if everything is on time. You'll have a long walk from Terminal 8 to Terminal 5 (about 20 minutes, depending on walking speed (no moving walkways)), then catch the bus from T5 to the Eagle Terminal (another 20 minutes or so, depending on how quickly a bus arrives).
