Assuming the flight was delayed and not cancelled and you were rebooked, I would look up the flight on https://uk.flightaware.com it has historical flights, it will show the depature and arrival time and how long it was delayed, that would be suffice to show an airline with a statement Lufthansa are unable to provide a statement.
