Was suppose to fly AC308 YVR-YUL in 2 weeks. Originally booked it in J when the seat map and configuration was the refurbished A330 cabin with Signature class. Of course, the seat is now showing its using the old SQ/TAP A330"s with those outdated 2-2-2 angle flat seats.

Called to AP and explained the situation but the agent talked to a supervisor and since no plane swap occured, they wouldn't allow a free change.

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this?
