Hello Everyone - hope this finds you well.

I am seeking information on the (presumably new) “Ceiba Lounge” at the Conrad Tulum. Aside from the direct website, there is very little information on this feature (though the website has a nice / compelling overview of the experience). I’ve booked two sets of “Ceiba rooms” where the rate description does make reference to access to the F&B and separate pool area, etc. but I’d like to know a little more about how it works (e.g. is it like Club Lounge at TRC with all day F&B presentations, other resort inclusions, etc.). I did see on their latest resort map view where the location appears to be (north side). I’ve tried phoning both the resort direct as well as Diamond Desk who also phoned the property (multiple times) but we keep getting the runaround, no one seems to be able to speak to it.

I’m less concerned about the experience, overall… I’m sure it’s quite nice if it’s everything the website says it is… But given the lack of information and the fact that I’ve yet to get anyone to speak more specifically about it, and or the experience (there are literally no hits on Google, nothing on TripAdvisor, etc. ) I am more concerned about booking this experience only to arrive on property and find out that it’s either closed, operating at limited capacity, etc. when I could’ve booked Fairmont Mayakoba, all inclusive, etc. Our state begins end of July.

Sincerely appreciate if anyone has any recent experiences to speak to and can weigh in … would be really helpful and again most appreciated… Of course I’ll be happy to report back my experience in August… Thank you so very much!
