I was just about able to retrieve a mobile boarding pass through the app today - and currently I'm unable to check the status of my flight while I'm en route to Heathrow. Work travel app has informed me that there's a 10 minute delay, unable to confirm on the BA app itself...

Incredibly poor customer experience.
