This frustrating problem with BA.com and the App (can't login, when you can log in it doesn't show your bookings, when you can see your bookings it fails to enter MMB) is 150% on BA. They have a separate digital team ever since the debacle that Alex Cruz did of outsourcing them. Those issues existed for ages and they are going worse, not better. They introduced a new skin for the app and website if you cannot get the basics right? This isn't a problem of funding, this is a problem of doing things properly. I'm sure that team is pulled in 150 different directions, but they should stick to their guns and get the basics right first.
