Tentseller, it was only costing CX the opportunity loss of your 150 a year. Are you now spending that with them or have you adjusted your routing and perhaps they are losing revenue they previously received?
Today I managed to make two regional bookings with the 7 day stopover in Hong Kong but it was a very frustrating experience. I must have received the technical difficulties, start again message at the point of being asked who was flying more than 20, may be 30 times.
One of my bookings was in November and I was delighted to find that all 4 flights had the comfortable long haul business class seat. Perhaps my discomfort which I have not been shy to share has been recognised. Many thanks Cathay. Keep that up and you will be recognised as a quality lifestyle brand.
