Website to track number of countries visited

I do so much intl travel I am often asked how many countries I have visited and I have no idea.
I use a spreadsheet to track every flight I've ever taken and upload it to openflights. That does track the number of countries I've taken off from or landed in.
That doesnt count countries I've visited via train or car or foot and it's not easy to add it into openflights.

I could just count it up manually on a spreadsheet. It would be nice to have a cool map that highlights the countries or something. Are there any good websites that you use?
Just doing some random searching, I've found:
https://visitedplaces.com/
https://neptyne.com/neptyne/bm26mlva1r
https://www.rjtravelagency.com/map-countries-visited/
https://cmoreira.net/visited-countries-map/

Though some of these don't seem to have a way to save your work. I certainly dont want to have to redo it everytime I visit a new country.

I also am not sure if there is universal agreement on how "country" is defined. ie. I've visited china, macau, hong kong, and taiwan but some may say that's one country.
