Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Just about.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? First stay: Booked Medium, received Large. Second stay: Booked Medium and received just that.

How are the rooms? Medium is actually a small room cramped with furniture and open bathroom. Free minibar. Coffee, tea, bathrobes and slippers had to be requested and picked up from the front desk. Also had to request them to refill the minibar. Large room was slightly better.

What was good and what was bad?

Good: Location in the city center.

Bad: Room size, service, loyalty treatment. Rental bikes not available.

Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? No lounge.

What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Drink voucher and tiny marshmallow as welcome amenity (had to ask for both). Early check-in not possible and had to beg for late check-out.

Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Poor value.
