How to reach LH in order to issue a statement of delay?

Dear Flyertalk Community,

Earlier this year, I experienced an unfortunate 24-hour flight delay due to adverse weather conditions. My insurance company, Chase Sapphire's Eclaimsline, is willing to cover the expenses incurred during the delay, provided I can present them with a "common carrier statement of delay" from Lufthansa. Despite my persistent efforts, acquiring this statement has proven to be surprisingly challenging.

I have attempted to reach out via Lufthansa's phone and email support channels, as well as using their contact form, but to no avail. In addition, I've sought resolution through the arbitration process via SoP, yet the elusive statement remains out of reach.

Does anyone in this knowledgeable community have any guidance or insights on how to successfully obtain a confirmation of delay from an airline? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
