Just saw rates went back down for the couple days I'm looking to stay in Tokyo - around $116 USD before taxes, $145 after.

My wife and I are going to be doing a lot of running around Tokyo, and I keep going back and forth between here for $145 (total) a night or the Hyatt Regency Tokyo for 12k points a night. HR Tokyo is pretty close to shinkuju station it looks like, while here it would be a long summer walk or the shuttle, plus the time to get to the areas around Tokyo we are staying.

We aren't doing any of theme parks so any thoughts on if it's worth it to stay here? The hotel does look nice, and it would be nice to be in the water. But I'm basically looking for someone to convince me to move out of the regency tokyo to here.
