Had a quick question about EQN... if I have the amex bonvoy brilliant (25 eqn) and the amex business (15 eqn) that would give me 40 eqn total. Would I just need an additional 10 nights to get the 5 suite night upgrades from the choice award?

Also, does the 40 nights/ year contribute to the lifetime platinum status? Therefore, I would need an additional 200 nights over 10 years to obtain lifetime based on 600 nights required?
