So UA can absolutely fill a few 350-seat aircraft every day to those cities -- without worrying about India feeder traffic.
At what fares though? VFR (visiting family/relatives) traffic tends to be very price sensitive and low yielding and not enough to sustain a ultra long haul route given a US cost structure.
