Just looking into this an unable to find any information on the AC website.

Family member has a rare condition and uses a wheelchair to go everywhere and is unable to ambulate at all and requires an attendant to help w washroom etc.

Trying to figure out the rules for int'l flights?

Anyone have any idea? Domestic they have not had issues but trying to plan a trip potentially to Japan in J for them.
