Have stayed here previously before Covid and the Titanium / Plat Premier treatment was amazing and usually included suite upgrades.

Stayed here recently and only got upgraded to a “club room” which in reality is the same as the entry level rooms. There were multiple category of suites available.

Also rate included breakfast and wasn’t offered any sort of welcome gift on arrival.

I assume the property managment have actively decided to downgrade elite treatment. Feels more like staying in the US than Europe.
