No flights showing
Finally I sorted out my details for a YYJ FCO LON YYJ itinerary in October. ThIs morning tried to book on the web because of the stopover and no flights are showing. So frustrating. I can only guess how the costs will have changed when they come back!!
On a positive note the Aeroplan agent managed to sort out my YYJ EZE itinerary for January that had been changed. When I tried it online (both web and mobile) I was getting downgraded from business to economy on two of the segments. Business to Rouge economy seemed like quite the free fall. It is all so time consuming.
Update. The final straw. I must be missing something.
Did the booking for free through the contact centre today. The only problem is that they could not seat us in PE from YUL TO FCO because it is not available on the Rouge flight from YYJ to YUL. My head is spinning as one often gets mixed cabin bookings and thus worked fine yesterday when I did the booking on the web that I didn’t finalize. The agent consulted on the phone and confirmed they could not do this.
Can someone confirm this is correct.
