There is a hot breakfast offering. Potato, beans, scrambled egg and bacon in hot trays. There is also the normal scandi style cold breakfast offerings of cucumber, pepper, meat and cheese.

It’s on a par with your average budget/mid range hotel breakfast.

At 09:00 there was plenty of room in the lounge. One point to note is that, like many Schengen countries, the lounge is before passports so do ensure you factor in time for a possible queue for that.
