you have seen 2 go arounds in a row on the same flight at the same airport for a 121 operator?

to me as the uninformed pax, this seems like the tower controller is relying on the go around mechanism of the pilot too much. What if the pilot did/was not able to react well in either of these cases or the transmission was stepped on or did not see the aircraft, controls didn't respond, is there now a low fuel situation, etc. etc. I can see one go-around, but two on the same A/C is a seeming safety issue pointing to tower that is doing something wrong with their flow IMO.
