This makes me think my recent Y-only voucher open jaw booking to Europe may have been even better value than I thought. Due to being open-jaw I called up with pre-identified flights and a very efficient agent booked it within ~10 mins including checking all Avios had been taken "because if they don't go through now it can cause problems later". Expected a £15 call-in fee, but only charges I can see on AmEx are the £1 each not-taxes fee. So if we cancel it will only have cost £2.
