I was there on Thursday mid-day and thought the food was OK. Better than a few months ago, but maybe that isn't saying much.
The pineapple pork was meh (though I wouldn't have said flavorless), but I actually quite liked the salad and veggie assortment out during lunch.
The wine selection in SFO really isn't bad, though I seldom seem to be flying at times where I want a glass wine...
Still I'm most glad the expansion has actually helped with crowds and I could get a seat an have a meeting. (Was flying WN, where the trek wouldn't have been worth it, but I had a call to make..)
Was in LAS later, and that lounge is definitely less nice and more crowded, though at dinner their desserts were better...
Somewhat OT, but I am most disappointed that the VX lounge in Int'l A is not longer Plaza Premium and the Amex card doesn't help. Their food and drinks were always pretty decent and it was rarely crowded.

I'd be curious to know, but from friends who have worked in bars the wholesale costs of the common bottles they use are shockingly cheaper compared to other food. (Prep costs vary a lot...) I am surprised they haven't really gone in on the bulk / premade cocktail game....
