I travel on a passport which does not need any visa to enter Malaysia. Just tried to OLCI for my flight HKG-KUL flight and the system would not allow me to do so, saying I need to input additional visa or residency info - and that I need to do a manual check-in at the counter.

I understand I'm travelling on a one-way ticket (and that the system may want to see info on an onward journey) - but have done so extremely often over the years and never had an issue.

Is this a new "compliance" issue?
