Tbh, while only a tiny snack sucks, it's a short flight -- most North American airlines will serve the same tiny bag of pretzels and a drink when flying Y transcon, including on routes like BOS-SFO which will routinely be operated by a 737 on a flight with a block duration about as long as LHR-DXB.
