Agree with the above -- if constant communication is necessary, I would go with row 1 (bulkhead). The distance to physically walk around of required is relatively small and the communication is seamless.

If close proximity is the most important thing but constant communication isn't required, I would go with being in the same aisle (doesn't matter which side) so that the aide can check in from time to time but also be immediately present if their physical abilities are required
