There used to be a glass fronted smoking room in the BA lounge, sort of behind the reception desk and to the right. It disappeared, I’m guessing, in 2006 when indoor smoking was banned in Jersey.

It wasn’t unheard of for certain staff to pop in there, liberating a coffee and croissant from the lounge and have a crafty fag after getting rid of the 0700 departure.
