I have a one night stay at Conrad Tokyo soon, which I booked through FHR with Amex Travel. I get $125 of hotel credit. I'm wondering what the best way to spend it is. I'm not particularly keen on the look of the restaurant options, and it's a short trip with a few things planned already, and we also get breakfast with status/FHR.

My question is, am I able to reserve this in advance and use the dining credit against it? Apologies if that's a silly question, I've never actually stayed at a property like this before. Alternatively, if anybody has suggestions of ways to use the credit, I'd love to hear them.
