Three night stay here (my first at this property) and have to say I was pretty impressed overall.

Booked a junior suite and that's what I was given as the hotel was sold out due to the conference I was attending. Nice room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Welcome gift was a bottle of wine and chocolates. The pool is really great to have in the city centre. Didn't use the lounge. Service was also excellent from everyone I encountered - e.g. whilst ordering room service breakfast I was asked if I wanted the same thing as yesterday which is super attention to detail. Room service breakfast instead of restaurant given for free. Two small issues with my room were:
- The AC doesn't go very cold as others have noted and so that could be a consideration in hot weather
- The blackout blind could provide better blackout

Overall I preferred it to the RC (likely the closest competitor in Berlin).
