What’s somewhat amusing, is they comped one of the $18 credits at the time of payment at the bar. I was clear I only wanted what was per the policy. That’d be an additional sum of $12. She ended up applying the full daily credit of $30, which would’ve been in addition to the $18. 🙄. Thanks, I guess!

Seems like a lot of people would be complaining, I know I would. The policy is pretty clear that you are to receive $xx per person if there is no exec lounge.
