I would check first with Hyatt by making a cancelable reservation than calling Hyatt for them to check to see how it shows up on their end.
Interesting that under FAQ they call out World of Hyatt loyalty points and not any other brands.

Room-only bookings are eligible for hotel loyalty program points with World of Hyatt. When you are in the Finalize Booking step, simply place your loyalty number in the field marked “World of Hyatt”.
it look like Costco has a special arrangement with Hyatt, when booking hotel only. I would still have Hyatt check the reservation to be sure.

Only Hyatt hotel (room-only) bookings are valid to earn points with World of Hyatt. You must be a World of Hyatt member in order to earn points. You may enter your loyalty number in the “World of Hyatt" field as you finalize your reservation.
